Question:

I have installed the program, but the window is too large to be set on the screen.

Answer:

The program requires, as a minimum, the Windows 95 operative system with the 800x600 pixel resolution. Problems you mention occur only with the 640x480 resolution.

Podignite rezoluciju u Windowsu na sledeći način:

You lift up your resolution in the Windows in the following way:

Click the right mouse key on your Windows desktop. Choose Properties from menu and then slide the screen area Settings to 800 by 600 pixels. Confirm the operation with Apply key and wait a few seconds for the resolution to change.

Should there be monitor flickering, or should you see nothing on the screen, wait a few seconds to see Windows coming back to previous resolution.

Question:

I have started the program after installing it, but I am not able to see small icons in the program options

Answer:

You have Windows version without an installed support for Microsoft Common Control.
You may download the file from our site or install it from CD you acquired from us.
(Filename: 50comupd.exe; you can find it in the Microsoft directory on the installation CD).

Question:

I missed to update IndOK changes for a couple of months. Am I able to update the program by using last updates for the purpose?

Answer:

The program is conceived so as to require successive updating from floppy disks you are regularly receiving from us.
Should you be unable to find all floppy disks with changes in order to insert them, you can always call us to obtain the latest up-to-date CD version.
If you update via Internet, by downloading the latest change you in fact update all previous changes, so that successive updating is automatically done.
Changes from floppy disks and via Internet are updated from the program unless otherwise indicated in the concise instructions enclosed to the update program.

Question:

I am following daily the changes of legislation via Internet; however, I am not able to find the same legislative enactments by searching through official gazettes, areas, indexes… or in any other way outside the window containing a list of newest legislation.

Answer:

This option enables you to establish an Internet connection with INTERMEX data base, as well as taking over the list of newest regulations, i.e. latest changes and amendments.

Regulations taken over in such a way are used only within that option and are not an instrument for updating of information in the IndOK. In other words, they can not be reached by applying principal program search menus until the first oncoming changes when they shall be put in and integrated in the program with the remaining regulations.

Question:

I have access to Internet on my PC and I want to obtain changes via Internet and not by way of floppy disks. How do I do that?

Answer:

You choose podešavanje izmena in the podešavanje (settings option), after which you mark izmene sa interneta (Internet changes) and press Potvrda (Confirmation key).

We would appreciate your informing us of your switching to Internet as a way of obtaining legislation changes, so that we stop postal delivery of floppy disks.

Question:

I want to search over the legislative texts by titles, but I am not able to put YU letters (ČĆŽŠĐ) into the search icon. Why is that so?

Answer:

Please check first whether you have installed a Central European multilanguage support in your Windows. If you don’t have it, install it, and then go to the Control Panel, Keyboard section à and choose Language the Slovenian or Serbian Latin.

In the lower right corner (system tray) a language selector will appear that will enable you to choose the language and have the YU letters you need.

Question:

How do I obtain monthly changes in the IndOK network version?

Answer:

The IndOK program is installed on a server providing service to all users at the same time. Every user may make changes both from floppy disks and Internet, and this is done on the server, so that the program is always updated in the complete network (for all users).
