Question:

I have installed the program but the window is too large to be set on the screen. Options are classified in two lines and I cannot see the regulations and taxes.

Answer:

You lift up your resolution in the Windows in the following way:

Click the right mouse key on your Windows desktop. Choose Properties from menu and then slide the screen area Settings to 800 by 600 pixels. Confirm the operation with Apply key and wait a few seconds for the resolution to change.

Should there be monitor flickering, or should you see nothing on the screen, wait a few seconds to see Windows coming back to previous resolution.

Question:

I have started the program after installing it, but I can’t see small icons in the options of tariffs, taxes and regulations.

Answer:

It means that you have a Windows version within an installed support for Microsoft Common Control.

You may download patch from our site, or you may install it from the CD you obtained from us. (File is called 50comupd.exe, and is included in the Microsoft directory on the installation CD).

Question:

I obtained the update for the program on a floppy disk, and I have followed the updating instructions; however, the program failed to update. Why?

Answer:

This program is installed for the first time by default in directory:

     C:\Program Files\Intermex\Tarifa

Please check whether you have installed this program in that directory, or you have changed the path of installation.

Be sure also, when updating, to point at the path of program installation version.

Question:

I did not updated ICT for a couple of months. Can I update ICT by obtaining last changes and thus become up-to-date?

Answer:

The program is conceived so as to require successive recording from floppy disks you are regularly receiving from us. Should you be unable to find all floppy disks  with changes and to insert them according to their chronological order, please call us and we shall be glad to deliver the latest CD up-to-date version.
If you monitor changes via Internet, by downloading the last update, you are automatically updating all the previous ones, so that there is no need for successive updating.

Updates found in floppy disks and via Internet are inserted from the program unless otherwise indicated in concise instructions delivered together with the program update.

Question:

I have Internet connection now on my computer. I want to take over changes via Internet and not through a floppy disk. How do I do that?

Answer:

In the settings option choose change settings command, mark the changes from Internet and then confirm with the Apply button.

We would appreciate your contacting us in case you have switched to obtain changes via Internet, so that we suspend unnecessary postal delivery of floppy disks.

Question:

I want to search along commercial item, but I can not put in the search field the YU letters (è, æ, ž, š, ð). Why?

Answer:

First of all  you should check whether your Windows include the installation of Multilanguage support à Central European. In case you do not have it, please install it; this should be performed by choosing in the Control Panel, the Keyboard section à Language, Slovenian or Serbian Latin.

In the lower right corner you will see the language choice selector, and then you will be able to choose the language and type YU letters.
